Essebe was founded in Yaoundé with a simple belief: African skin deserves formulas designed specifically for it. We blend traditional botanicals — shea, baobab, marula — with modern, clean cosmetic science to create rituals that nurture, restore and elevate.

Every product is small-batch, vegan and crafted with intention.

Our Craft

We work directly with women's cooperatives across Central Africa to source shea and palm-free oils. Our packaging is recyclable, our supply chain transparent, and our team — entirely women-led.
